By purchasing a Project Selvage product or service, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions of sale:
CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES
Project Selvage items that are purchased in-store or online (excluding promotional or sale items) must be returned within 28 days of purchase for a full refund as long as the item is in original condition as sold.
All merchandise must be returned unused and be in original condition as sold. The condition of the product is left to the discretion of Project Selvage.
Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
Refunds are not available for sale items.
The cost of delivery is non-refundable.
If a refund is required, contact must be made within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return your item and we will support you with this process.
Project Selvage is more than happy to arrange an exchange for our customers as long as the following criteria is met:
- Product is returned in re-saleable condition. The condition of the product is left to the discretion of Project Selvage.
- Contact has been made with Project Selvage or the stockist within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Specially discounted items may not be returned unless they are faulty.
Please send your return products back to us including a note containing your order number and what you would prefer the product to be exchanged with.
Please include a self-addressed Australia Post satchel so we can return your item to you promptly.
The cost of delivery to and from Project Selvage on exchanged and refunded items is the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or damaged packages are the responsibility of the customer.
EVENTS & WORKSHOPS
No refunds are available for tickets purchased to a Project Selvage event or workshop.
If you are unable to attend, you may swap your ticket for a different date or event provided the following criteria is met:
- Request for a swap is made at least 48 before the start time
- There are still tickets available for the requested date
- If there is a difference in price, this must be paid by the customer
MOBILE SEWING CLASSES
- Refunds or rescheduling are permitted if the request is made at least 48 hours before the start time.
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Shipping only available throughout Australia and is a flat rate of $10.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at an additional 2-5 business days.
